Jodi-Ann is one of the country’s rising stars in the kitchen. She has represented South Africa on the National Culinary Team and has received South African colours for cheffing. Her skill has brought her accolades including being named as Sunday Times Chef of the Year 2010 and winning every category of Global Chef Africa.
Having worked around the globe, including at the prestigious three Michelin-starred restaurant The French Laundry in California, Jodi-Ann is now back in South Africa, sharing her tips and delicious dishes as part of her own business.
