Hot Chocolate

Hot Chocolate


  • 800ml Savoury & Dessert Topping
  • 500g Orley Dark Chocolate
  • 30ml vanilla extract
  • 60ml espresso
  • pinch of salt
  • 200g Dark Chocolate Ganache, to serve
  • 200ml Kerrymaid Savoury & Dessert Topping whipped to serve


  1. In a pot, heat cream on a low temperature with the dark chocolate, vanilla extract, espresso and the salt. Gently stir until the mixture is combined
  2. Spoon the ganache into 5 mugs and pour in the hot chocolate
  3. Top with whipped Kerrymaid Savoury & Dessert Topping
  4. Serve immediately
