Chocolate Mousse


  • 1L Orley Chocolate Ganache
  • 90ml rum
  • 5ml cinnamon or all spice
  • 1L Kerrymaid Savoury & Dessert Topping, chilled


  1. Heat the chocolate ganache slightly
  2. Pour the chilled Kerrymaid Savoury & Dessert Topping onto the ganache and whip the 2 products together until they thicken and mousse forms
  3. Serve in individual bowls and garnish with mint leaves and fresh berries of your choice
